in the last 2months ive gone from 9 stone 7lb to 7 stone 12lb. this is by reducing my calorie intake each day and exercising dramatically at gym 3 times a week.
i eat nufin but fruit veg salads and meat basically!

but now, i dont want to lose anymore as im underweight BUT how can i maintain my weight now without gaining it bak and more, or without losing and losing still. i dont wanna start eating more calories again because it will shock my body and icant give up exercise. plz help! im female 17, 5 foot 9 x
