how long should I dance to get the wanted results
I dance for 1 hour 3 times a week.
Im 14 and i'm 47 kg
But it really depends on what you do,
any movement is good for losing weight though.
I really dance for the fun of it :P
it sheds fat...but what kind of results do u want?!?! upper body, lower, abs, back?
