Dairy products make me feel bad?

When ever I eat cream cheese, chip dip, sour cream, even pizza (I'm guessing the cheese on the pizza) ect.....

I dont feel well after...I get very dizzy and neasous

    why??

is it because there processed foods?
hmmm I don't really drink dairy milk...just almond milk...

You are most likely Lactose Intolerant. Your body doesn't have the right enzymes to process the sugar in dairy products (lactose). There are things you can take before you eat lactose that will give you the enzyme temporarily, but you are going to have this problem for life unfortunately.
