im already in good shape. but i want to extra cut for summer. so i have lowered my calories quite a bit, im eating tons of fruits and vegetables, and staying away from even semi-bad foods. but im worried about ruining my metabolism, or starving body till it burns my muscle. i still eat every meal and pretty good portions, and i thought if i also had some protein shakes to fuel my body with protein so it wouldnt eat my muscle for it. my proteins shakes are really low fat and carbs, so it wont help up my calories, it will only add alot of protein.. will i still be able to put on lean muscle and keep my muscle?
