    cramps, ahhhh!!! Help please!!! :P?

    I have the worst cramps & I don't have any kind of painkiller or heating pad or anything!! Do you know any other ways to releive the pain?
    (last time they got so bad I passed out... I don't want to do that again. My mom had the same problem too.)

    and yes... I'm talking about menstrual cramps...
