healthy not to gain it back? ok, i have been dieting.
only fruits veggies, and homemade vegetable soup, and once a week 10 ounces of beef.
i also drink 80 ounces of water a day if not more.
*and my workout is:
6:00 am: 150 crunches
12-1(lunch break): walk the lake twice(almost 2 miles)
6-9: 1,000 crunches(100 of each targetting different parts)
25 lunges
25 squats

walk for an hour and a half with my puppy.

how much could i lose? ive been doing this for 4 days?
and how would it be water loss when i drink ALOT of water
