Im trying the slim fast diet, but I cant really seem to stick to it.
Ive also read that after the diet, you gain all the weight back.

And I wanna keep the weight off.
But I also wanna loose thirty pounds in three months (Im trying to get ready for summer.)

I weight 145 pounds and I'm 5'7.
I dont consider myself to be over weight, but I have alot of excess fat on my thigs and belly and arms that I could definiatly get rid of. Pluss I have a little bit of a muffin top when I ware pants and Im self consious in my clothes. So I'm doing this to make myself feel better about my self and so my clothes will fit better.

Does anybody have any sucess storys?
What they ate and what they did for excersize?


Is doing cardio for two hours a day enough excersize to try and suceed my goal? And what kind of foods should I eat? (Im sort of new to this diet thing.)
