Or is there another sleeping disorder that I could have? Every night when I try to go to sleep, it takes a minimum of just laying down for an hour before. I usually go to bed around ten and fall asleep around one at the earliest though. Then, in the morning when I try to wake up, I almost can't. I've never been a heavy sleeper until now. I've tried taking over the counter sleeping pills, but all they do is make it harder to get up in the morning. I've made sure not to eat an hour before bed, sleep in a cool environment, but not too cool, and I've started having a routine to see if that helps. Before this started happening I didn't really have a bedtime routine. I would go to bed when I was tired and wake up at any given time.
