could anything be wrong with my head?

a few days a go i slipped n hit my forhead on a pole n passed out for a few seconds... when i felt where the pole had struck i actuly thought my skull had colapsed and dented inward but minites later the dent was gone and a lump was there. it's been 2 days since then n i have been getting head aches on and off but other than that i feel normal... is there a chance i could have damaged my brain or anything like that?
