During this holiday season I have baked alot. I'm not one to eat cookies. Only veggies and fruit mainly. I am 5'5 and weigh about 105 and do not want to gain any weight. Out of the dozen or so different cookies I made this year I have sampled about 5 for the past couple of days. Only one bite out of each one every day but I'm now concerned that this is not good for me. I am not touching them tomorrow. My concern is that I will gain weight from this. I wont eat any more cookies but will the past couple of days taking a small bite of each make me gain weight? Any suggestions will help. Thanks.
