    controlling food temptations. Help please!?

    I am trying to stop eating chocolate, and trying to get abs again, I do work out my abs but then i feel lazy and stop for a good month and eat chocolate again because I feel stressed out, I need help because i don't want a gut, please help, and I am good at sports but the gut thing is ruining it! Thank you for your support

    try to eat healthy all week and the reserve one or two meals a week for cheat meals. where you can eat everything
