constant ringing in ears since last night. head cold as cause?
Ive had a cold/flu for the past several days including mucus in throat/congestion, running stuffed nose, sinus pressure, ears feeling blocked, i guess a head cold, etc. well my cold is improving but since last night after i got out of the shower i noticed annoying ringing in my ears that i can hear even over other background noises. its pretty much constant and its freaking me out a little bit. i dont want to lose my hearing! i havent been exposed to really loud noises recently or anything. i took a few tablets of ibuprofen recently and some nasal decongestents and cough syrup, could that cause it. or is it just a temporary productt of having a head cold? idk bc i have had head colds before and never with ringing. its so distracting, i can t think of anything else except the ringing in my head. arggh.
