has anyone had this exact procedure done where the scar is hidden in or near the pubic hair or at the base of the penis? Do they just remove some
Skin at the base of the penis? And wouldn't that disrupt blood flow to the rest of the penis? No anti circ comments already decided.

That certainly sounds like the least destructive way to expose the glans, since that lower shaft skin is not so richly innervated lke the foreskin, ridged band, and frenulum, but you point out a very real concern. If something goes wrong (and MRSA is rampant in all hospitals) the die-back could be much worse.
