i'm 16 5'6 and 143-45 and i know this may sound strange but my house has no workout machines or anything only a hola hoop so what i do is do that for 18 mins every night and then i get my ipod and just jump up and down and run on the spot for about 22 mins will this help me for losing weight i sweat a lot after this if it does when will i see the results or did i lose some pounds already i been doing to for 2 weeks thanks
