im a vegetarian and i kno i dont get enough B12 in my diet. so i have a few questions:

-how many milligrams should i take (do ppl usually gradually increase the mgs or just continually take the same amount)?

-is 2500mg too much to start out with? the pills i bought come in 2500mg pills?

-i bought B12 pills by Solgar, they are 2500mg is this a good choice?

+feel free to add any tips and advice, are there any other vitamins i should be taking?
