I have a habit of eating when I'm not hungry. Especially during the winter months, I have come accustom to snacking while doing everything. Video games, TV, Movies, Work, etc... I always seem to be eating something.
It's almost as if Im never full. I'm not hungry, I just keep eating and eating. And it's unhealthy, chips, chocolate, etc. It's just a bad habit, I also go through about 2 litres of pepsi a day.
I finally realized I have to stop. I'm not overweight, but I know I have gained some weight and will end up gaining more and more if I don't stop.
I sat here and tried not to eat anything. I'm just so used to getting up and getting something to snack on. It almost feels as if I'm having withdrawels and all I can think about is food. I'm having a really hard time.
How can I stop? Its so weird becuse it's just food, Im not hungry, I just need to eat something. Why, why, why?
Will hypnotism work?
