first of all skip the abreva, for cold sores on or out of the mouth, soak a cottonball or gauze in peroxide, and sqeeze it on your sore, repeat this 3-4 times then repeat method 4 times a day, ( do it 3 more times today and 4-5 times tomorrow) you ill see significant improvement by tomorrow morning.
