i am in powerlifting and I need to lose four pounds in a week to get into the right weight class. Now I drink about 5 cokes or mt.dews a day. Do you think that if I stop drinking pop I can lose four pounds by next saturday. Any tips on excersise too or diet plan. Please I need to lose these four pounds. I am 118 Ibs and I need to be 114 Ibs, I am 5'1 and almost 15. If that helps at all, but please help me I am desperate.
