Where i live in Quebec it is very uncommon for kids to be circumcised but i was just wondering in the U.S. how common is it.
More specifically in California.

Actually it is quite common in all parts of the US.

Three-fourths of babies in California are NOT being circumcised these days. The overall rate for the US is about 50/50.
