I have been having nose bleeds, my blood pressure is fairly normal around 118 / 82 ( adult white male ) I live in Ohio and we are experiencing one our worst cold temperature winters ever, cold it just be from the very cold dry air? Or possible sign of a upcoming stroke?
I had one nostril cauterized about 25 years ago and have been pretty much nose bleed free until this winter.

I get nose bleeds alot too! It just happens with cold dry air and the mix of warm heating inside your house.
