i injured my knee on Saturday and am looking for so cardio exercise that i can do with putting any pressure on my knee.
it only hurts when i put extra pressure on like like bikeing or running. so what can i do?

Swimming! Swimming is a great cardio exersize and all over body training. It has 0 knee impact.
