Thread: cant go the the bathroom, what should i do?

for the past week ive been not been able to go the bathroom. and i mean have a normal bowel movement. ive only gone two to three times this week. and its always been in little bowel movements. and this last time the stool was really dark brown and hard. and ever time after i go it feels like somethings blocking so i strain and nothing comes out except runny dark diarrhea. my lower stomach feels full and when i gently push on it it feels hard. i use to have an enlarged colon, or mega colon. it went away about 4 years ago. could it be enlarging again?

is there anyway i could stop it if it is?
