One of my math teachers used to be a coach, and we had free time...so these girls started doing squats to "make their butts bigger"...and he said the only way to make your butt bigger is to eat a lot. LOL
He said you can tone it to make it firmer and rounder...which will make it appear a bit "bigger", but not significantly.
Does anybody know? Because I keep hearing that squats actually DO make your butt bigger. :/
