Can you get musce from lighting weights and only drinking slim fast?

I'm overweight and I lost my job so I started drinking retail store brand Slim Fast becuase it was cheaper and I needed to lose weight anyway. So far I've lost 20 pounds so I was thinking maybe I should start lifting weights. But if I did would I get any muscle out of it or are there supplements that I take to help? I still dont have a job so I'm still going to keep drinking them.
If it helps any 21 I'm 5foot4 and right now I weigh 195.

Anyone who tells me to stop or says I'm crazy or anything like that is going to be marked by yahoo. I want an anwer not get pesterd by how YOU think I should be living MY life.

some but nothing noticeable. to build muscle, you have to challenge your muscles enough to stimulate growth, have proper rest, eat enough protein and adapt by making your workouts harder as you get stronger.
