I need something for lunch
(mostly for weekends, because I don't think my mom will allow me to bring food everyday to school, even though are school food isn't healthy)
Dinner
And snacks(please include snacks that aren't just fruits/veggies and snacks that are healthy that I can buy at a store (like nuts/100 calorie packs) after school because I go to a program after school)

I'm trying to go on a diet that will fit into my school life. A diet that is enough for me not to starve, but enough for me to lose alot of weight in about a year.
(I'm also going to run the treadmill an hour a day)
(...well, walk the treadmill an hour a day...I can't run for a whole hour yet)
