I'm on my second week of doing this: smaller portions[about half] and exercising more. I'm 14, girl. I was very happy, i felt like i was getting thinner and i lost 6 pounds[the 1st week]. This week ive been doing the exact thing, but i don't feel like its working anymore... weight loss can't just stop can it? i was doing so good

i feel discouraged and that im losing motivation :C
