    can someone please tell me if this is good plan for weightloss?

    ok so i am 15 years old, 5'10, 180 lbs, heavy build, broad shoulders. i run about 1500m on friday, sat and sunday, and sometimes wednesday. and train with weights, tons of push ups, tons of sit ups, all week dont eat bad stufff a lot. i try to not over eat. is this alright for keeping healthy and losing some weight???

    keep doing what your doing, itll take your body time to lose the weight.

    Running is always good for weight loss. That's all i really needed before. With all the extras you are doing, you will probably tone up well in time for summer. Good job!
