I'm wondering is that area ever used. I can't find any documentation on it ever being a place where bone grafting is done in le fort 1 osteotomies for 5mm or more of bone grafting.

Can a ramus or lower jaw graft be used on a lefort osteotomy in lengthening the jaw?
