I'm wondering If I could. I'm 15 and 156 cm. 5'1.4 and I really badly want t be 178 cm or 5'10. Female. I know I'm not getting any taller bacause of my genes! I was thinking of doing pilates&yoga 4 times a week, eating more seafood and poultry, legumes and skim milk and sleeping 8 hrs and lowering stress.. Do you think its going to work ? Any tips ?
