I am curious, because I am 5'1" and I weigh 118lbs. But I don't want to lose that much weight. I just want to get more lean.

I'm not very tall so my non-lean shape makes me appear stubby... but compared to everyone else I am not.

Can a person get toned faster than weight loss?? I ask this because I really want to get toned by at least Late June.

The main areas I want to work are:
-my mid and lower back
-my stomach area (abs, etc.)

- my arms
-my thighs

Not too worried about my lower legs. I have really strong athletic calfs
