I live in Florida, USA. I have a relative who is a hardcore drug addict and an alcoholic. He is married. Everyone believes that he will die soon because he is drinking too heavily and taking drugs too. What can be done legally? Can be forced into a drug rehab clinic. No one seems to know. Thanks.
