Can one kind of anxiety crowd out another kind?

Since the work related anxiety rose so high, I do not feel as much social anxiety. My constant worry about negative events directed to me at work has been my total focus. I am barely sleeping and I am losing weight faster now. I started out at 5' 6" @ 180 pounds, last week I was over 170 and now I am at or below 169.

As the saying goes "i am eagerly waiting the next bitter disappointment".
Ha... that's a bit negative, but I am always prepared for the next challange. As one door shuts another opens.
