Can i use dermovate cream to treat pimples in my face?

pimples started to appear weeks ago....its my first time to have this skin problem.

please do not use this product on your face . try some others or natuaral way .i used this cream for so long to lighten my face . but now i stopped because i got a big black mark and pigmentation on my face . i spoiled my face due to using this cream for long time . it is a medicen but not a skin cream that you use to treat your face unlike other mousterizing cream. use the cream only if the doctors orders

even i used the cream dermovate for mu face only 2 days and my skin color changed pls help how to bring back my matural color???
