Thread: Can I repair my teeth after they've been grinded down?

I, like many people grind my teeth. I've noticed that over the years it's been getting a lot worse, and I don't own a mouth gaurd yet. The'yre pretty grinded down, but not to a shocking point! so I was wondering if it is possible to rapair my teeth? to shape them back to how they were. Not exactly the same shape but to shape them back so they look normal again? any advice would be great! thanks guys!
