if i start eating healthy and do my exercising (20 mins ellptical, abs or weight training, then 20 mins bike, and again abs or training--3-4 times a week) will i be able to get a flatter stomach. my legs and arms are all toned and small but its just that "belly fat" i need to lose it before june. will it work out?
