I am a 15 year old girl and im 5'6 weighing 135lbs. I know I am at a good weight but I just want to tone up my abs and hips and just get rid of the excess fat.

Everyday I am going to do:
4 sets of 100 crunches
2 sets of 1 min. plank holds
3 sets of 20 side touches on each side. (like a side plank)
5 sets of 10 pushups
3 min. of jump-roping

any other sugestions??
Also...what should each meal be??
I am cutting out all of the junk food in my diet including anything with fats and sugars in it.
If i do this...is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks and get toned up??
