hey,
im having problems with my sweet cravings and regulary binge. I have made out a plan but im unsure to whether this will help me to loose weight. I am 136lbs 5'5 but would like to be 120lbs.
Breakfast: Cereal
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Half a Cob and Salad
Snack: Banana
Tea: Meat with vegetables


i do exercise 4 times a week but currently im eating that much that it has made me gain weight. Last time i lost weight i did it in an unhealthy way
