i want a 6 pack in 4 months time, and im willing to try anything to get it, im not fat so i DON'T NEED CARDIO but i want to know if this is a good routine although any other routines posted i will look at and see what i think, but my routine is basically doing 3 sets of 20 crunches 3-5 times a day for 4 months i started a few days ago and my abs are killing me but im still doing it and i wondered if this will get me a 6 pack if i keep it up, and yes i already know that this probably will get me a 4 pack but to do the lower abs i will need to do other exercises like reverse crunches planks or Russian twists or whatever they're called, i just want advice or a straight answer on if this will work =) please help if you can
