Thread: Can going to a different country cause a change in my mentrual cycle?

I'm originally from the Philippines and just got here this month. I haven't had my period yet. It's a few days late. So I was wondering if moving to a different country with a different time zone can cause a change in my menstrual cycle since my biological clock is still somehow adjusting. Appreciate your response. Thanks!

What country your in doesnt affect anything.

The stress of the move; new foods, people, etc could definitely affect your menstrual cycle.

Now worries, it'll straighten out.

maybe the flight. a combination of other factors as altered your cycle.
