I have lost some weight from changing my diet (adding more protein & eating more fiber). It got to a point where I plateaued, so, I added some more exercise to help lose the little amount I have left. (a few extra 30 min walks throughout the day as well as some ab exercises). Ever since then, I feel hungry all the time. I know that my body needs more calories to be able to sustain the extra exercise, but, I do not want to eat that much more, as I'm trying to lose still (don't want to just negate the extra calories I'm burning by eating more)

Does anyone have an ideas on what I can do so that I don't end up just negating my efforts? I've tried Hoodia & it doesn't work, and also, I want to do things naturally, so please don't suggest some pill.
