my friend is getting obsessed with calorie counting, im worried that she is going to loose to much weight, she has dinner that her mum cooks and as a snack she has olives, she doesn't have any lunch or dinner. is she going to loose alot of Weight doing this? shes only 16 ive tried talking to her but she really wants to do it. will she go underweight? coz that's really bad for her health. thanks really worried.
