i have NO idea how much food im should be eating in a day. i was anorexic so i counted calories and i was eating too little and then i had to count calories to gain weigt and now im at my goal weight and i have NO idea what full feels like bc for th last year ive been starving or stuffed. i dont want to count calories but im afraid ill eat too little or too much if i dont. what can i do!!!!!?
