Friends please help me to know how many calories did i ate untill now.

Around 10am i had 1 medium size pear for breakfast, with few cherries.
12:30pm i had 1 medium sized peach. Than @ 1:30 i had "1" Soya and Wheat flour bread ( in india we cal Chapati with no oil no salt ) with cooked cabbage in little organic sunflower oil, + i had half pie made of all purpose flour ( maida ) stuffed with cheez, spinach and tomato.
- At 4:30pm i had a large bowl of watermelon... and in between i drank tea with low sugar and lotz of water.


Please tel me how many calories i ate until now.
