Cabbage soup diet anyone? I am 26 years old and I weight 130 and want to get back to
120. This a good start? I've heard that people get great results with the cabbage soup diet but I've also read it is just water weight and the weight comes back in a couple of days. I only want to lose 10 pounds. I eat fairly healthy and have maintained my weight between 123-130 in the past 3 years or so. I walk on the treadmill 30-60 minutes 5-6 days a week and do 30-50 crunches too. Anyone have any suggestions how I can lose these 10 pounds before I get married in 4 months?
