Im currently weighing 150 pounds and stand at a height of 5'10. I am trying to bulk up for support (rugby) i would like to put on a possible 25 pounds. I am new at the whole supplement gym thing and am just looking for tips on how to achieve this goal. As far as i know i need a mass gainer supplement and was wondering if if 100% whey gold standard would help me achieve this or shud i use a different mass gainer.... many thanks...
