so I've been going to the gym and haven't lost any weight but I have gone down a size. Now I've heard that muscle weighs more than fat so what the heck do I do to acctually lose weight? I do 30-40 minutes on a ellipictal. Sometimes I'll do 15 minutes on a stationary bike. Then I get 2 different kinds of squats, bicep curls (2 reps), tricip dips (2 reps), lateral press (2 reps), chest press (2 reps), a leg machine I forget the name of (2 reps), then sit ups on a ball (2 reps), and then this type of sit up called hulas I think? (2 reps), any comments or suggestions would be helpful.
