Is there a way I can speed up breast growth? I am 14, 15 in aug and I am just now getting breast buds. I am LITTERALY as flat as a 5 yr old. If I eat more will that make em bigger? or If I eat a certain food? I havent had my period yet. My mom had hers at about 15 or 16. I have JUST STARTED to get a FEW black hairs under my arm and the vaginal area. I started the whole discharge thing about 2 or 3 yrs ago. 2 questions 2 answers. What should I do to make em bigger other than "let them grow on thier own" and after I eventually get my period, how long will it take for my breasts to blossom?
