I suffered a broken leg (tibia) a month ago and the x-rays showed a gap at the tibia ( my bones are being held together by a titanium rod that was inserted). I know bone stimulators help but expensive. My question is what vitamin is the best for bone regrowth and is there anything else I can do to stimulate the regrowth?
Also, I am trying to save money and thinking about skipping out on therapy. My questions are: how soon after surgery should I start therapy and does anyone know of a website I can go to so I can learn to do the therapy exercises on my own and not have to pay the 200 to 400 dollars it would cost to see a therapist?
