It seems every time after breakfast (i have weetabix) my knees go all numb and weak and feels like they will collapse, i also feel very tired and hungry even after eating bowels and bowels... i just feel empty and like i'm going to collapse... my body just feels very slow and sluggish and heavy... I just feel very weak... could I have a wheat allergy?

the best way to find out is to try having a breakfast without wheat in it and try to avoid wheat for a while to see if it makes a difference

    or a blood test
