I keep getting down from BMI numbers I get from calculators and electronic "fat sensors" I have. I'm 5'8" guy and weigh about 225 and I'm 35. I know I'm overweight by at least 20 lbs. However, I did a fair about of bodybuilding earlier in life. Also, I've been doing a good amount of upper body lifting lately. Mostly I do variations of pullups and can do about 5 or so pullups in a row. I can also do other tougher upper body exercises and I know I have some muscle weight up there. My legs are muscular, but not seriously. I can bike at a good rate for about 8 miles. Still it seems my bodyfat is stuck at 30% on one of those meters and BMI is high. I have gotten my bodyfat down to 22% or so but it was hard and I was kind of starving myself. So how out of shape am I and will I ever be able to shed those last few pounds? I'm always trying to improve my diet, take vitamins and supplements and lately supplement a lot of fiber. I do drink often and am trying to cut back.
